GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

Prices, payment and issuing vouchers

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason the quoted price is not correct, the Budboat.hu team will contact you for approval.
Tips, luggage or personal insurance, drinks or meals not mentioned in the product description and any other personal purchases are not included in the price.

Payment by Bank Transfer and Stripe
a) All tour bookings must be paid in advance, except for Budapest River Cruise Kft.
All tour bookings must be paid in full to the HUF current account with Otp Bank, indicating the order number in the communication box.
In case of bank transfer, the order will be approved within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
b) By clicking on the Transfer button, the Customer accepts that Budapest River Cruise Kft.
(4531 Nyírpazony, Rákóczi u. 33.) to transfer the following personal data stored on https://budboat.hu to Stripe Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA.
Data transmitted: first name, last name, country, telephone number, e-mail address.
Purpose of data transfer: customer service support, transaction confirmation, fraud monitoring and protection.

Issue voucher
After payment, Budboat.hu will send you a confirmation/voucher by e-mail or fax: this voucher must be printed out as proof of purchase and presented to the service provider.
All information about the travellers must be entered correctly when booking.
All change/addition requests must be sent to Budboat.com by e-mail.
Budboat.com will not be held responsible for any problems if you do not receive or read your confirmation/voucher carefully.
If you have not received your voucher, you must notify budboat.hu at least 72 hours before the date of service.

Cancellation, refund and cancellation procedure

Cancellation fees / refunds
Unless otherwise specified, any tour or transfer or cancellation of any product without notice will incur a cancellation fee according to the following scale:

4.1 Products

Cancellation more than 7 or more calendar days before the start of the service: 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation between 6 and 4 calendar days before the start of the service: 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation between 3 and 2 calendar days before the start of the service: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the service or after: 100% cancellation fee will be charged (no refund).

4.4 Procedure for cancelling a reservation:

Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by us must be followed by a cancellation confirmation from us.
Budboat.com is not responsible for cancellations that are not received and confirmed by us, and we may charge the appropriate cancellation or no-show fees.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The liability of Budboat.com and its affiliated websites is limited.
Budboat.com acts only as a travel agent for all functions related to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of any nature and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by or resulting from the fault or negligence of the government or other civil authorities (war, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or any cause beyond the control of Budboat.com.
Budboat.hu shall not be liable for any loss or additional costs resulting from delays or changes in schedules, or for any other reason.
Budboat.com and its service providers reserve the right to change itineraries to improve the experience and benefits of any tour.
Budboat.co.uk andits service providers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operational requirements.

No smoking
Smoking on board is strictly prohibited.

Luggage
One or two handbags per person are allowed.
Additional luggage must be notified to us.

Complaints
Budboat.hu will endeavour to resolve customer complaints at the event or prior to the event, if this is not the case we will not be able to deal with them for more than 30 days after the service has been provided.
